【酒莊介紹】
莊名Le More Bianche取自葡萄園頂的那株百年老桑樹，每年仍在這個2.3公頃的老葡萄園上面產出多汁可口的桑葚。
釀酒師Alessandro Bovio在整個產區有近20年的顧問經驗，這小小的一片山頭就是他洗盡鉛華的最後落腳。
有機、自然概念、有輕鬆有正規，怪不得這個名字與他親切的酒標正在當地釀酒師圈圈裡急速竄紅。
Alessandro’s winemaking skills combined with his meticulous attention to the vineyard and the
environment make him one of the most intriguing young winemakers of the Roero region.
Volumes produced are small and global demand for Le More Bianche wines is making allocations
harder to secure.
